Who we are

Build to Your Taste, LLC, trading as Build to Your Taste™, runs this app and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy — what's called being a "data controller". You can reach us any time at info@build2yourtaste.com.

What we collect

When you use the app, we may collect:

• Account details — your email address, password, name, and household size when you sign up.
• Photos you send — a photo of a room you choose to upload for organizing ideas.
• Your notes and chats — what you write to the Mercy assistant and in your notes.
• Routines and chores — your checklists, custom tasks, family members, and chore progress.

How we use your information

We use what you share to give you organizing ideas, run your account, deliver your purchases, and answer your messages. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Photos and AI

When you send a photo of a room, it is shared with an AI service that studies the space and suggests ways to organize it. The photo is used only to give you your plan.

Who can see your information

Only you can see your routines, chores, chats, and account details. Visitors to the app cannot see each other's information.

Payments

Shop purchases, memberships, and refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders and handles the payment, tax, and invoicing side of a sale. We never see or store your full card details.

Children

The chores feature is meant for parents and caregivers to use with their own family. The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time, and you may ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing info@build2yourtaste.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
