Build to Your Taste, LLC, trading as Build to Your Taste™ ("we", "our", "us"), offers this app to give you home organizing ideas, routines, family chores, and a way to book visits with us. When you use the app you are dealing with Build to Your Taste, LLC, and by continuing to use it you agree to these terms.

Your account

Some features — routines, chores, and the Mercy chat — need an account. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for the activity on your account. You agree to give honest information when you sign up.

AI suggestions

The organizing ideas and advice in this app — including photo-based suggestions and the Mercy assistant — are general guidance, not a professional service. Every home is different, so use your own judgment about what is safe and practical for your family. We cannot promise that a suggestion will work perfectly in your space.

Purchases

E-books and other items in the shop are for your personal use. Please do not copy, share, or resell them. Prices are shown in US dollars. If a purchase isn't right for you, our Refund Policy explains how to get your money back within 15 days.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Acceptable use

Please use the app kindly and lawfully. Do not upload photos of other people's homes without their permission, and do not use the app to harass anyone or break any law.

Who owns the app

Build to Your Taste, LLC owns this app and everything in it — the writing, the designs, the e-books, and the branding. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app as part of your plan or purchase; that does not include copying, reselling, or redistributing any of it.

When we pause access

We may pause or end access to your account for a serious or repeated break of these terms, if a payment is not made, or if we need to protect the app, our other customers, or ourselves from fraud, abuse, or a security risk.

Changes and availability

We may update, pause, or change parts of the app as it grows, and we may update these terms from time to time — the date at the top shows when they last changed. We work hard to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise the app will be available at all times or free of errors.
