Our promise
Build to Your Taste, LLC — trading as Build to Your Taste™ — wants you to feel at peace with every purchase. If an e-book or membership isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 15 days of your order date — no hard feelings and no questions you have to answer to get one.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund yourself at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or simply contact us at info@build2yourtaste.com and we will take care of it for you. Once a refund is approved, it is returned to the card or account you paid with.
Memberships
Monthly and annual memberships can be refunded within the same 15-day window. You can also cancel your membership at any time from the Membership page in the app — cancelling stops future payments, and you keep your member benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for.
E-books
E-books are digital downloads delivered right after purchase, so we ask that you enjoy them for yourself and your household only — please don't copy, share, or resell them. That doesn't affect your right to a refund within 15 days.
About your order
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
